CHILL ("we", "us") operates capechill.net and two recovery studios in Cape Coral, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you book a session, buy a pass or membership, or contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, email address, phone number, and payment details. Bookings and payments are processed by WellnessLiving, our scheduling and payments provider — their handling of your data is governed by the WellnessLiving privacy policy. Our website also collects basic, non-identifying analytics: pages visited, device type, and general usage patterns.

How we use it

We use your information to run your bookings and membership, respond to your inquiries, and — if you opt in — send occasional updates about offers and studio news. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers who make the business run (scheduling, payments, email), and only what they need to do their job. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices
