What CHILL is about...

Jess and Sierra moved to Florida after Sierra completed her college internship with Jess’s Nebraska based wellness company. Tasked with opening another location in Florida, Sierra made the move to Florida with Jess and as avid HOTWORX members themselves, decided Cape Coral was in need of its own 24 hour infrared HOTWORX studio.

In 2022, Jess became a HOTWORX Franchise Owner and Sierra, General Manager of the first HOTWORX in Cape Coral, FL. In 2024, they opened a 2nd location on Cape Coral Parkway and currently, a third location is under construction and will be located at 122 Chiquita Blvd S. projected to open around summer of 2025. In the midst of opening these amazing 24-hour infrared fitness studios, they realized something else missing in Cape Coral; Cold Therapies. Sierra and Jessica decided to deliver and got to work on the concept and CHILL was born.

Both Jess and Sierra's education and experience is centered around fitness; Sierra has a BS in Kinesiology and concentration of exercise science with a minor in psychology. Jess has a BS in Health and Wellness and a M.Ed, and is addicted to HOTWORX, loves running, and weight training.

Since the age of three, Sierra has been dancing with her competitive dance career starting age 12 through high school then transitioned to collegiate level of competition dance team where she danced at collegiate games for the University of Nebraska at Omaha, D1 School Volleyball, girls and boys basketball, Hockey, Soccer and other school spirited events. This experience led her to becoming a dance instructor at the very dance studio she stepped into at 3 years old, Nebraska Dance, where she taught ages 18 months to high school competitive dancers in the categories such as Hip Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Tap, Lyrical and more!
